In the past there is a group of treasure hunters. When word got out that on a small island buried treasure they hunt. Travel through land and sea they keep looking for where the island is located. After traveling for months finally exhausting the group of treasure hunters discovered the island.
Asa is almost lost turns into a burning passion and atmosphere of joy. Leader ordered his treasure hunters to rest the next day to have enough energy to find out where the treasure was stored. The next day, they walked down the little island. Not long after the cave was discovered treasure storage with the door closed very strong stone.
They take turns pushing the door of the cave. Did not budge. Again and again they tried to push the door of the cave with a variety of ways, but the stone that covered the cave did not move at all. After days of no avail to open it, the leader said, "It seems the cave door was designed for can not we go, let's go home and seek sustenance elsewhere." With feeling very disappointed they left the island that has been looking for months. The story does not stop here.
After a few days, there came another treasure hunters to the island. They also tried to push the door of the cave, to no avail. Trying again, does not work anymore. After several unsuccessful, the leader said, "Let's pull the door of the cave!" And very easy to cave door was successfully opened. Wow, an abundance of treasures now belong to them!
My question, is the first treasure hunter to work hard? The answer is definitely yes! But why did they not succeed? Because they did not try a new way and just use the same way. The same way is a perception in their heads that opened the door should always be encouraged. In fact a new way, pulling the door, proved much easier and faster.
